This photo was taken while I was on a hike at Ponca state park. On one of the highest trails, I cam across a lone shell laying in the moss, surrounded by cedar berries. I later used this photo in my photography class to demonstrate contrast. I believe this was a successful photo because of the dramatic contrast between the white of the shell and the vibrant colors of surrounding elements.
